Julie listened to us when we told her what type of neighborhood we were looking for: good schools, family friendly, not on a busy street, not too far from work, etc. The perfect neighborhood, right? Well, Julie sent us extensive listings and patiently listened to our feedback on each one so that she could then schedule appointments for us to view the ones we wanted. Since, we were only able to come into town on the weekends, she previewed neighborhoods, homes, and spoke to selling agents before we arrived to ensure that our limited time was used as efficiently and effectively as possible.
When we did find the house we wanted, Julie continued to excel. She thoroughly walked us through the process and requirements. She negotiated very effectively on our behalf and made sure that we not only paid a fair price for the house, but that we were able to thoroughly inspect everything and were completely comfortable every step of the way. Julie went even further by scheduling appointments with plumbers, roofers, pesticide companies, fireplace inspectors, electric, and HVAC contractors. Plus, because we were out of town, she handled all the appointments on our behalf. She made the entire process seem so easy.
